„It was my second time and I really love this hotel. The architecture as a gallery is one of a kind and all of the hotel is very modern and classy. „Unfortunately the hotel is quite run down. It seems like it has been a solid place but these times are long gone. It’s not possible to open the window, so the air can only be exchanged by air conditioner. When we checked in, we noticed that the toilet in our room was not cleaned and to our horror there were also finger/toenails lying on the floor…. They gave us a new room.. All in all it’s an okay hotel but not for the price and it doesn’t deserve 4 stars. “

Breakfast was good but not the best we've had on our trip (especially the scrambled eggs and the bread) and didn't motivate us to visit again after two days. Very friendly and helpful staff. "Die Lage ist sehr praktisch beim Bahnhof. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Hot Spring Bad ist sehr schön und gross. Die Atmosphöre im ganzen Hotel ist sehr angenehm und ruhig. Eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Falls ich wieder nach Kyoto komme, würde ich wieder da übernachten. "
