„Kaltwasser funktionierte nicht. Erst nach 2 Servicekräften und 40 Minuten lief es. Internet lief nicht. Essen schmeckte mittelmäßig. Mitarbeiter nicht hilfsbereit, Das beste am Hotel war die sehr schöne Fassade. Der Rest muss nicht sein.“
