"Sehr nettes Personal, vor allem Faitma hatte uns sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Bahn, mit der man überall hin kommt, ist fußläufig 5 min entfernt. Somit ganz angenehm, dass man nicht komplett im lauten Zentrum ist."

"Our stay at this hotel was truly a disappointment. From the moment we entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority — there were stains on the furniture and floors, and finding someone else’s hair in the bathroom was simply disgusting. The windows were poorly sealed, allowing freezing cold air to rush in, and the AC unit was so loud that it was impossible to get a decent night's sleep. To make matters worse, the constant noise from the nearby streets made us feel like we were sleeping outside. The worst part was that the constant drafts made my children sick, turning what was supposed to be a relaxing night into a stressful and worrying experience. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. It was truly upsetting."
