„Das Haus, der Garten und auch die Location sind wunderbar. Katerina und George sind großartige Gastgeber und haben uns sofort noch einen Sonnenschirm und einen Tresor ins Haus gebracht. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und noch sehr neu. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. In der näheren Umgebung sind verschiedene Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Meer mit einem schönen Strand ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in 5 Min zu erreichen. Ich empfehle auf der Insel einen Mietwagen zu buchen, damit man jeden Tag ...

„Overall the property is in a fa tasting location. Dry quiet and peaceful. Easy stroll to beach and main town. Only complaint was there has been perviously some partial flooding internally at ground floor so damp smell in under stair cupboard, blown plaster low level on walls around bathroom door frames blown low level. from water damage. Needs a little TLC as in cosmetic repair.“

„We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Nout. Communication prior to the visit and the check in procedure were excellent. The location for the beach and local shops/bars is excellent, though the photographs on the listing are very outdated. There is a large hotel adjacent, which causes shade on the villa pool from mid afternoon. The noise from the hotel was not intrusive. „Was a lovely villa and great location, nice and clean and tidy with regular visits from cleaners. The indoor and outdoor spaces were lovely including the pool which was always clean.The couple of small points for us that would have made it a 5 - we had a couple of small issues with communications as there seemed to be two teams we dealt with, so made it a little confusing who to contact and as such were a couple of small delays to queries (though always responsive, friendly and helpful).For us, ...

"Man wird in dem Hotel sehr herzlich empfangen und wechselt immer gerne ein Wort an der Rezeption. Das Familienzimmer ist wie ein 5 Sterne Hotel eingerichtet. Für uns waren diese zwei Zimmer sehr wichtig, da wir als Freundinnen gereist sind. Es wird täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist prima! Wir haben direkt vor dem Hotel geparkt. Man sollte vorher an der Rezeption fragen, wie die Parkregelungen sind, da diese von Monat zu Monat wechseln."

"Tolles Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, schöne Poolanlagen, lediglich der Ort hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, ebenso der Strand, da alles eher auf Engländer ausgerichtet ist, also laut viele Bars mit Sportfernsehen. "Das Balkony ist ein wunderbares, familiär geführtes Hotel, in dem das Personal inclusive Inhaberin sich täglich sehr um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert hat. Wir haben uns willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt und können es ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die grandiose Aussicht vom Zimmer (uneingeschränkter Meerblick, mit Rauschen nachts) und beim Frühstück gewesen. "

"Man muss my favorite club buchen sonst befindet man sich in der zweiten klasse. Menu à la carte Mittags: 5 Mahlzeiten. Menu à la carte Abends: 1 Menu jeden abend der gleiche 1 Flasche Wasser im Zimmer pro Aufenthalt für einen All Inklusiv-man kann die Flasche am Wasserspender auffühlen. Personal an der Rezeption ist überfordert bei jeder Frage."
