„When we arrived at the lodge we were supposed to be staying in there was another family there who said the lodge they were supposed to be staying in was occupied so they were given this lodge. We rang the contact number and he apologised, we were provided the key code for another lodge and when i opened the door that was occupied as there was a dog in there. „Our check in time was 3pm and although the booking was accepted and property details provided, we were not send the code to access the key box. We messaged the host for the final access details as we were arriving and got no response. We called VRBO who provded details to contact the host directly and also no response. We then recieved a message at 3:45pm (after the 3pm check in time) cancelling the booking due to a 'water leak'. Why the host was checking for water leaks after the time we were ...
