„Not sure if it was due to Expedia or the host but I got too many emails once I’d made the booking and I was badgered to check-in but the process wasn’t clear and I had to download an app which seemed totally pointless. This said, I gave up with the tech and spoke to someone from Deuce Hotels and he was excellent. He was professional and reassuring and the codes for the door arrived via email as promised. „NEEDS IMPROVING. The location was fantastic, however there are several things that need work and whoever cleans the flat would know this. The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed. The shower hose and drain need attention. The drain gets plugged immediately. The bed is the absolute WORST bed I have ever slept on. I bet the mattress is several decades old. You feel ...

„We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits.“
