„Loved the location, great view and loved the balcony. The apartment was nothing fancy but clean and efficient. Could have used a stepstool to reach the kitchen cabinets, a full length mirror would have been nice, and maybe an over the door towel rack for extra towels. TV was a little complicated to work along with the Roku, very slow. All in all, for 2 people it was nice.“

„My wife and I spent two days at this lovely place. It is a perfect location to discover downtown wilmington. There a so many great restaurants and bars near the Loft, the beautiful riverwalk begins just around the next corner and Kilwins for a perfect ice-cream to enjoy. Hunter is a great host and very helpful! We could use the parking garage and that was fantastic. So it was lots of fun to check out Wrightsville and Carolina Beach without having to find a parking spot afterwards. We highly ...

„Fun, whimsical condo close to Wrightsville Beach, UNCW, and downtown. It was very well equipped with all the essentials and a bonus of two bikes! We stayed here for a long weekend for dorm move out at UNCW and the condo was convenient to campus, the beach, and downtown. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful!“

„Beachfront! Are you kidding me? And amenities, all we could ask for. Now the down side. Lavatory basin in master bath slow to drain, third step from bottom on stairs loose. Thanks to my bad knee, stairs not really stairs but ladder, which means don’t expect to see me there ever again. Nonetheless, a superior location, facility. My adult daughter fell in love with Topsail Beach, the sand and surf, or perhaps the margarita at the Mexican joint up the road. Thanks for everything! Tom Alexander“
