„Awesome stay, everything was easy for the check in process, much different than the usual talk to someone and get the key process. Instead, you’re giving detailed instructions and everything’s quick and easy. Amazed how equipped the rooms are and the kitchen has lots of supplies or cooking utensils. I didn’t know the island was hit with a king tidal wave that a lot of decks were under construction and the indoor pool was impacted from a storm that it wasn’t open while we were there. „Brian was super responsive to a problem we had with checking in. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. We needed a quick place to stay as we explored downtown Wilmington and Carolina Beach. “

„The room was basically clean except bathtub had not been cleaned. The bed is not a King size bed it is a full size. “

„The space inside, the decor and the ability to cook, has just the right cookware. Loved having extra k cups, or coffee for a whole pot. The toilet bowls didn't appear clean and one of the side tables in the master bedroom had a cup ring on it, not wiped. also, the remote for the bedroom has to have the small one from living to work. I would stay again though despite those issues!“

„We had a great vacation at this home. Location was great with an easy walk to a nice beach access. The elevators were not working (or not working consistently) which would have been a no go had we known, as this is a 3rd floor apt. The furniture in the living room needs to be replaced, just looking at the couch you could see that it was barely usable, cushions depleted, entire seating area sunken.
