„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in here. The house is lovely. The hostess, Krisha was very attentive and friendly. The house is equipped with anything you need. It’s very accommodating and thoughtful to have items available. No little detail was missed. Highly recommend this house not only for the wonderful owners but also the location is like a hidden gem. “

„The view and location of this property was fantastic. The porch was so large and spacious with the most incredible view of the ocean. That alone, made this vacation fantastic. You do have to make your own beds and the carpet and furniture are older. But overall, I would stay here again and enjoy that perfect view and easy walk to Larry's. “

„Third year at "How Sweet the Sound" and it was the best yet. Lots of water time via kayaks and wading in the ocean not to mention all the fishing as there are great charters to consider as well as water tours. „Our family enjoyed our short vacation at Topsail. We loved the beautiful, not crowded beach. The private beach access was great for our grandkids. The home was very “kid friendly” and had the perfect layout for kids to play separate from adults. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare all meals. „Nicely decorated and very clean. Beautiful oceanfront view from balcony. The only negative feedback are the stairs and no linens were provided. We are both over 65 and the 4 flights of stairs were a showstopper for us. Keep in mind you have to climb a flight of stairs just to get to the first floor and we were on the 3rd floor. If you're young and in good shape I highly recommend this property.I also feel that for the high fees VRBO charges, linens should have been provided. “
