„Absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a no-frills but super clean kind of place, still a mom and pops place, then the Sea vista is the place for you. As I said low key. If you are wanting the fancy Adams mark or Holiday Inn keep driving. This place is super cute super clean run by super folks. It’s a shame begin history has push small businesses like this out. I’ll definitely be back“

„It’s an older property but I liked it. I go to Topsail beach often. I live in Wilmington NC. It’s worth the 55 minute drive. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful ocean front view.“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in here. The house is lovely. The hostess, Krisha was very attentive and friendly. The house is equipped with anything you need. It’s very accommodating and thoughtful to have items available. No little detail was missed. Highly recommend this house not only for the wonderful owners but also the location is like a hidden gem. “

„Getting clean linen and towels was difficult. You have to leave dirty ones outside your door and then call the front desk and tell them what you left and they bring you exactly what you left outside. You only got one roll of toilet paper at a time. I can only guess this was for health reasons.“

„Overall was pleased with accommodations. Only negative was a strong lingering fish smell. But loved the layout, cleanliness, and condition. By far the best thing was the view from room, and balcony, even had a great view from bed. Beach access was great also and really enjoyed the quiet , non crowded and laid back atmosphere.
