„We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel. Everybody was friendly and helpful - even with the situation to park our bigger vehicle, The room was nice and clean and the distance to the Universial Studios via walk and shuttle is perfect. We would stay here again the next time! A pro-Tip :-) : K's Donut Emporium next to the hotel. Very delicious sandwiches, bagels ... and of cours donuts! “

„This property is not what it seems to be. The pictures aren’t accurate. If I knew what I was getting myself and my family into I would have choose a different place to stay. The hotel gave a creepy vibe, like it’s haunted or people died in. It had a horrible smell in the hall way, in our room and in the main entrance. There is no laundry room to do laundry, our key didn’t work to get into the pool. Parking was expensive. The only plus side was we were able to walk to universal studios in 15 mins ...

„No constant wifi in the room is not longer up to date. Rooms too much echo, some pictures and curtains would help. “

„I liked it there, I had everything I needed in my room. The fridge and microwave were super handy, the staff was nice and very accommodating and it was clean. There was room service every day and some of the cleaning staff made my bed as nicely as I have only experienced in higher-priced hotels (thanks again for that!). „WIr hatten fantastische 6 Tage Aufenthalt im Magic Castle Hotel. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. DIe Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und ordentlich. Das Hotel glänzt mit vielen Angeboten, von kostenlosen Softdrinks bis zu gratis Snacks. Für Familien ist das Hotel absolut zu empfehlen!“
