Our room overlooked the beautiful garden at the back of the property, adjacent to private car parking, and a gentle stroll down to the town. We plan to stay again, truly a delightful experience.“

„I had to leave because the noise was unbearable. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 in the end due to the noise. We book a hotel to try and sleep in and relax. However the music from the bar was so loud. The music went on till midnight, then started again at 7am and went on the whole next day, louder at night. I had the TV on loud, and could still not hear it because of the bass/music coming from the bar. Plus the banging from the corridor of doors, especially from the ...

„Staff excellent, room very small no chair or even room for bags. Wifi in room also poor. Bar food and service excellent and the welcome pack and light breakfast choice good. Clean but the building is ageing. The steps to the rooms really need to be illuminated or there will be a fall“

„The check in was chaotic, I.e. no room number or lockbox instruction until after check in time, then no key in the lockbox and no telephone number to call to discover what to do next. “

„Had a lovely stay on Saturday, Lovely lady on reception, very helpful, hot tub lovely added extra, enjoyed feeding the animals and seeing the fish come up by the decking. Will be returning for a third time!“
