Das inklusive Frühstück ist eine angenehme Mischung aus Buffet und eine Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten Frühstücksvarianten. Das im Hotel integrierte Restaurant verfügt über eine sehrgute Küche mit ausreichender Auswahl. Fazit: Sehr empfehlendswert.“

„Having enjoyed the stay at this very special Hilton. Nice atmosphere, great architecture, nice bar and spa area. Restaurant service at breakfast is struggling when it comes to peak times and could be more friendly. Dinner buffet/menu for 25 GBP p.P. is too expensive as quality and variety of food is below average as well as service level - having a coupon to get a "free drink" with self service reminds me of a canteen - not a Hilton.“

„Room was clean and basic with good shower in the bathroom. Relatively small room with dated decor and could do with a refresh. functional and adequate if you just need a bed for the night. Adjoining pub is nice inside with outside terrace and local beer brewed onsight. Quick taxi or 15 minute walk from the centre of Ashby De La Zouch. Really nice engaging staff“
