"Hotel liegt unweit des Flughafen Olbia. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten an die Ostküste, Norden und Nordwest. Hervorzuheben sind die kostenfreien Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wenn man langer bleibt, fehlt allerdings etwas Abwechslung. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, Betten sehr gut. Die Zimmerreinigung ist ebenfalls sehr gut."

"Actually a really nice stay. Just the personnel at the reception makes an impression of knowing about the facility as much as any other guest about two hours after check-in. They booked us twice double (with somebody else) for the paddle court (partially also because of not really great English knowledge on their side). Opening times of pool were not communicated correctly at check-in. Even if they know that you came with a 4 month old baby they don't tell you that they actually have a well equipped room for families to prepare baby food. You have to figure it out yourself. When you ask at the reception about sport activities at the facility, they send you to ask Mrs Ilaria which further sends you to ask the sports team. Sports team is not somehow properly marked so you have to guess, who these people are. The sport team seems to be very bored because nobody knows about them so they have not much to do. So by the time you leave after four nights, you've finally figured out what great offers this hotel has, which you didn't manage to enjoy."

"Nice hotel, island, pool area and beach club are beautiful and the breakfast is good. Room for improvement would be, that the jacuzzi part of the pool somehow did not work during the stay, the gym was rather tiny. The reason for 4 stars has been one particular, very negative experience. The hotel desperately needed to charge the guests extra for any sun loungers with shade at the beach, in such an „evil“ way, that they offered a few free black sunbeds solely completely without shade, not even a normal umbrella was available or possible to bring your own. These sunbeds heated up so much during the day, that they were impossible to be used. So when you were sensitive to sun, the only viable option was to pay 100€ per day just to avoid the worst sunburn of your life. This is a No-Go for a five star hotel, where you already pay a fortune for the stay."
