„Leider etwas laut nachts wenn leute unterwegs auf die strasse sind“

„We received definetely the wrong room, we booked Family four-beds in Annex, and we received Family two-rooms. Family four-beds is promoted as an upgrade, hence we received a downgrade at the price of upgrade, I challenged this to the receptionist, with no success. Air conditioning was broken. I do not recommend this hotel, at all!“

„Gute Lage und sauber“

„Hotel zentral gelegen und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Für italienische Gegebenheiten ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr freundliche s und höfliches Personal.“

„Pictures don’t match Reality. The Restaurant has nothing to do with the rooms. The terrace also not (it’s pricate or under construction). No reception, no possibility to leave your luggage after Check out. Cockroach in bathroom. Good for one night but not more.“
