„Schönes Hotel in schöner Lage Beim Duschen Schwankungen der Wassertemperatur um ca 10° Heizung im Zimmer funktioniert nicht (verkühlt) Am Pool ignoriert, Selbst Liege beschafft, selbst Tücher geholt und zurückgebracht, niemals angesprochen Wenn beim Frühstück mehr Leute und Terrassenservice mangelhafter Nachschub, mal fehlen Gläser, mal Getränke Abreise Koffer selbst transportiert (kommt in 30 Minuten wieder...)“

„WLAN did not work in our room - only available at public areas! Nicely renovated agritourismo. German speaking staff. Nice rooms with comfortable beds and German (and Italian) TV. Small swimming pool located in a nice garden/park with lots of lime, lemon, and peach trees. Roofed parking places within the areal at no charge! Located 10 driving minutes away from the coast (nice beaches). Generally very calm - unfortunately we had loud neighbours which did not care a bit about other tourists ...

„Very well located for car traveller (little hard to figure out old port entrance we missed it at first and had to take extra round of some km). Nice protected private parking and only 10 min walking to center. Very nice and helpful staff. A little old fashion but that is also cute. Very good and new AC. Only thing that room was not so soundproof from hallway. Nice to have swimming pool.“

„The best hotel in Taormina. Although there are some luxury hotels in Taormina, UNA has the best value for money. Stuff very friendly and helpful, the pool area has the stunning view of Etna. The hotel private beach is so beautiful. Restaurants and bars have also stunning view, in addition, food quality ver high. The hotel provides shuttle to the city centre.
