The Ybor House was built as a family home in 1925 and has since been continuously occupied by the Mortellaro family through December 2021. The house has been recently renovated and restored yet retains the original architectural and interior details featuring the vintage charm and character of this spacious 1,600 interior square foot Craftsman Bungalow.
