„I stayed at this condo with my 5 year old daughter. The condo is located on the third floor and there’s no elevator access, which is also stated in the listing, so just consider this if you have a lot of luggage and etc. Check-in was simple, the condo is right across the street and you have a nice little view of the beach from the balcony. The condo itself was clean but there were ants crawling from cracks in the ceiling. Maintenance did stop by but the guy only sealed the cracks instead of ...

„Overall we had a great stay! The only issue we had was my husband has asthma and the room was a little musty (can be expected at the beach) which flared that up for him but there was baking soda in the room which helped. Kevin was awesome and easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to all mesaages. We will definitely be coming back had great walking access to the beach, friendly neighbors, and wonderful accomodations. “

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication was clear and timely. The condo is perfect for a family of four. Our kids (15 & 12) appreciated the TV in their bedroom for winding down at night. The kitchen was large enough to cook a couple of dinners at night. And the beach is only about 100 yards from the condo. We would recommend and would stay here again.“

The bed was comfortable so we slept very well, and I was especially thankful that there was a fan in the closet because we forgot to bring one!! The only thing I wasn’t expecting was so many stairs (my oversight), but the top floor view was worth it. Would definitely stay here again. “
