Check-in staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and a mini fridge, and room safe. The hotel is in a great location—just a short walk to the beach, pier, and two nearby restaurants. The area is super quiet at night also, even though the setup would make you think you’d be woken by road noise we weren’t, was able to sleep in both days.
Just a heads-up: one of the restaurants has more of a bar vibe and may not be the best choice for families.
The hotel had most of the basics, but be aware that they do not provide body wash, shampoo, or conditioner. If you’re someone who usually depends on hotel toiletries, be sure to bring your own. I thought I had packed mine but hadn’t, and I was surprised to find none in the room. My son joked that it’s because it’s a motel, not a hotel—lol!
There’s an ice machine on the property, along with a washer and dryer in the same room. Interestingly, there was also a microwave in that area—but not in our room. It would’ve been convenient to have one in the room, especially for quick snacks or to reheat food.
Overall, it was a good stay. My favorite part was definitely the short walk to the beach and pier—it made the whole trip feel relaxing and easy.
