VM IS FULL PROBABLY WITH COMPLAINTS AND HOTELS.COM SUCKS AT REFUNDING CUSTOMERS WHO WERE LED TO THIS PLACE ONLY TO FIND IT DOESN'T IN ANY WAY REFLECT WHAT IS ON HOTELS.COM. IT IS FLAT OUT FRAUD AND I AM SUING FOR THE TEARS, FRUSTRATION, THE MONEY I HAD TO PAY WITHOUT EVEN STAYING THERE,THE GAS, EVERYTHING. “

„Terrific communication from booking all the way through the stay. Host was very responsive. Location is fantastic, easy walk to downtown Golden, School of Mines, Safeway, and walking/hiking trails. Unit is very tastefully modern, with a clean and very serene feel. Very functional layout and good space. We were very comfortable for graduation weekend and didn't have to deal with parking during a crowded weekend.“

„The host was super responsive - changed an outside bulb promptly when I mentioned it was out. Place is very clean and fresh. Big bath, lovely tub and shower. All the amenities and kitchen supplies you could need. Bed was comfy. Loved that I could open windows for fresh air or turn on fan as needed. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking. Will definitely stay again! Thank you!“

„We were out adventuring every day and made it to the house between 7-9 at night. Each night was quiet and we really enjoyed staying here. They had magazines and books about the area that really helped us plan things out. It was an amazing choice for us!“

„We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. „We chose this property because of its close proximity to Denver University and Pearl Street. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. I would recommend this property for active adults.“
