Das Hotel ist etwas älter, aber gut erhalten.
Das Personal - gerade das der Rezeption - ist leider desinteressiert und bei Problemen nicht wirklich hilfsbereit bzw. lösungsorientiert.
Das Frühstück ist die 30$ ebenfalls nicht wert.
Parken kostet 40$. Alternativen ums Hotel herum gibt es nicht. “
„Our room was very old and definitely needed renovation. Also, previously someone smoked in the room and you could still smell that a bit. Of course we could have requested a different room, but after an almost 20 hour journey you are too tired to change the room. For one night this hotel was fine.“

„We visit Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa every summer. We always have the best time. Unfortunately this time wasn’t has pleasant as previous years. We were put in a room overlooking the courtyard, which would be nice but there were non stop events happening during our stay. When we arrived on Friday, there was a wedding rehearsal. „Sehr schönes Hotel in einer guten Gegend. Man ist schnell am Beach und es hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe.
Das Kingbett ist außergewöhnlich super. Ich hane schon seit Langem nicht mehr so gut geschlafen.“
