„We were in Denver for our granddaughter’s graduation. The property was as described, excellent location, clean, and beautifully furnished. The outdoor space was perfect on the warm and sunny days. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again. “

„Sehr sauber , alles wie beschrieben . Dass eine Landstraße am Haus vorbei führt war ja im voraus bekannt . Auf der vorderen Veranda ist der Lärm aber lange nicht so schlimm wie von manchen beschrieben . Für Ausflüge in die Berge ist die Lage sogar sehr gut . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .“

„Overall it was a short and excellent experience. The listing was accurate about what's included and everything was clean and in place. It would have helped if it was mentioned as a basement living arrangement in the property description. We assumed otherwise and hence expected the windows to provide more view and warmth, which was lacking. However, otherwise, everything else fabulous.“

„We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a perfect location for Red Rock and Denver being in the middle. Quiet lovely neighborhood and the lower area of home we stayed in was perfect. Exactly how advertised. The host was very responsive when we communicated. I would definitely stay here again.“

„The house was everything our family needed for the week. The owner was very responsive and jumped into action for anything we needed. The house itself was very nice and has a park at the end of the street that my little one enjoyed very much. House was stocked with things like seasonings, condiments, detergent. It made traveling as a big family very nice. “

There was an unexpected issue with roadwork in front of the house. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and help us work around the roadwork. The host also left very detailed instructions for check in and check out. My family and I would definitely stay here again if we visit Denver in the future. “

„I'm giving this property 5 stars because the pictures and descriptions were accurate. Having said that i must warn travelers that the host likes to cook with Indian spices that are very strong and aromatic that last all night. They have kids that like to run and you hear every step. Finally beware that you are in a basement apartment and you ONLY have air tv. You will have internet, but NO cable or streaming services. We were looking forward to relaxing and watching march madness, but with the ...

„Beautiful property. Spotless!! Quirky and stuffed with “stuff”. Two minute walk to S Pearl where there are great places to eat and drink. Very funky cool neighborhood. 2-5 minute walk to lite rail. So easy to get down town and the airport. Agent super helpful. “

„This was a great space for our adult family members to gather. Each couple had a comfortable space with privacy when wanted. The main living level was spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub and movie room. Great location right off Broadway with lots of local restaurants to choose from. The host was quickly responsive to several questions and needs we had. “

"Es war mit Abstand der beste Service und das beste Team, welches wir auf unserer Reise durch die USA gesehen haben. Das Team im Hotel versteht es absolut gut, ihren Gästen einen komfortablen und zuvorkommenden Service zu bieten. Es waren alle sehr hilfsbereit und haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Einrichtung im Hotel ist toll und modern. Besonders auch das Gym, welches sehr gross ist und mit den besten Geräten bestückt ist. Pool Area lädt zudem auf dem Dach im Aussenbereich zum verweilen ein und bietet ein Erlebnis. "
