Main floors has large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of seating. Main living room is great for gathering with friends/family or getting work done. Vaulted den with cozy furniture is perfect for movie night. Easy access to DU campus, Wash Park, Downtown, and highways.
The Space:
This unique remodel features a separate basement apartment that is occupied. The City of Denver requires for the license. However, the only shared space is the yard and you can expect no disturbances. Main 2 levels of the home are all yours!
