„Listy is always a wonderful host. The place is beautiful, bright, clean, has great climate control and is located perfectly for me and near great shopping.“

„The property is very cozy and well maintained. It’s close to any dining, transportation, entertainment experience you’ll want to discover. It is well stocked with kitchen/linen amenities. Comfortable and relaxing. The host was very quick to respond to questions about the property as well as forthcoming with info regarding local activities. „Great location and communication“

„Great location for DU grad and spending time with family. Jeff was super easy to work with and very communicative. It is also a beautiful neighborhood close to Harvard Gulch and Pearl street“

„This place was fantastic. It is in a great location, with two very nice bedrooms and comfortable beds. Both King size 2 fit any needs. Everything was clean, and it was stocked with everything we needed.“

„We felt very much at home in the house. It is very spacious and comfortable and excellently equipped (especially the kitchen). The contact with the host was very pleasant and prompt. The description of the bedrooms though does not match the beds on site: there are three bedrooms, two of them with a queen/king size bed and one with a queen size bunk bed (room for 4 people). We would come back at any time, but would adjust the number of people to the beds on site.“
