From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning views of the bay that took our breath away. „Unit was clean and comfortable and nicely furnished and supplied. There is a good ocean view which you can enjoy from inside the unit in addition to the balcony. Many dining choices of all types within very easy walking distance. The included parking place is a huge plus in this location as otherwise parking is challenging. Owners were flexible, responsive and easy to communicate with.“

„The location of the home is awesome. The only issue we had was the size of the garage. If you have a vehicle make sure that it is a compact car or it will not fit. The host is very pleasant and willing to help with any isssues that arise. I would definitely returm to stay. “

„Best location in La Jolla!Beautiful condo with a balcony that looks up and down the shoreline. We spent most of our time out there watching the waves and the people. We didn’t rent a car. Easy walk to so many great restaurants. The host was great. She checked in on us, although everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!“

„The property was in a fantastic location and very well equipped with everything you could need. It was spacious and nicely decorated with ac and two balconies which was nice. Reed was quick to respond on all my inquiries. Our only complaint was that the cleaning crew could have done a much better job. The dishes were dirty, the floor was a bit dirty, the couch was horribly stained and everything could have used a very thorough wipe down, so ended up doing some cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our ...

„We spent only 3 nights at this beatiful beach house and it was hard for us to depart already. The location in first row at Mission Beach is phantastic - we just hopped accross the beach promenade and could jump into the waves. The house itself is beautifully furnished and decorated with many gorgeous details. The communication with both, owner and house keeper, was super friendly and we got plenty of useful information for our stay. We loved to be there...“

"Die Lage ist gut, auch wenn etwas außerhalb, mit dem Auto ist trotzdem alles schnell zu erreichen. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön angelegt, mit einem zentralen, grossen, erwärmten Pool in der Mitte. Schöne Ruhezonen, insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr schön begrünt und mit zig pflanzen bestückt(Jungleartig). Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, auch wenn teilweise etwas in die jahre gekommen. Ein sehr schönes Hotel wasich jederzeit weiterempfehlen würde "

"Beste Lage, 1km zum Strand. Tolle Anlage mit großer Poollandschaft, grosse Zimmer mit traumhaften Blick auf die Bay und Beach. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit Sitzgelegenheit im Freien und Blick auf den Jachthafen. Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Aufzüge teilweise Defekt, Klodeckel locker, Schränktüren bzw. Schubladen defekt, etc. Hier und da, müsste so einiges mal in Stand gesetzt werden. Ärgerlich ist auch, dass für den Parklpatz 50$/Tag verlangt wird, aber ab ca. 18uhr, teilw. keine freien Plätze mehr verfügbar waren. Dennoch hatten wir eine tollw Woche und würden wieder kommen. "
