„Das Objekt war im Großen und Ganzen so wie angegeben. Enttäuschend war aber, dass die Schlafcouch nicht zu gebrauchen ist! Die Sprungfedern haben so durchgedrückt, dass man darauf nicht schlafen kann. Daher ist die Angabe bis zu vier Personen nicht richtig. Da wir - wie angeben - zu Dritt waren, hat einer immer auf dem Boden geschlafen. Der Kühlschrank ist leider auch zu klein. Ansonsten ist alles so wie in der Beschreibung des Vermieters.“

„Perfectly setup and located beach condo at Pacific Beach. Listing was as described, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas and boogie boards. Plenty of restaurants across the street and like a 2min walk to the sand. Property mgr was highly responsive and helpful. Unit had two covered reserved parking spots to use behind a locked gate. I would happily stay here again.“

„The house is exactly what you think it is. A beach house getaway big enough to host all your friends and family. The location is second to none and the accordion doors openning the house to the backyard and front yard gave it the beach house feel you were looking for. The manager was very responsive and even had a maintenance person come out within an hour to fix issues we had. Would definitely come back “

„This house was beautiful, clean and was so perfect for our large group of 23 people (3 babies). You could not ask for a better location being right on the beach and pretty much in between Pacific and Mission Beach. We were within walking distance to so many stores, coffee shops, small grocery stores and restaurants! There was definitely alot of stairs, which is mentioned in the listing.
