„The location was great, walking distance to the beach, Belmont Park and surfing rental stores. The biggest challenge was getting into the garage with the very small alley. We had a full sized van and pulling into the garage took about 10 minutes each time. If neighbors were double parked or sticking out of the parking sports, it was not possible to maneuver into it. „We loved this house and its proximity to the beach and local spots to eat/drink. You really do not need a car and the home is comfy, clean and really no complaints. The LR is a bit cozy, but spread out in front/side and back yards. Great neighborhood mix of residence, families and other vacation rentals. walk to 10s of restaurants and the beach is 3 blocks.
