„We had a great time at the house and the Host has been great! The communication and follow up has been stellar! I recommend this rental. There are a few really great restaurants with in walking distance, I recommend the Fish Bar. The Beach is just down the hill and super easy to get to. The space was just what we were looking for and it was a really great stay!“

„The property is in a nice residential location and is situated between Manhattan Beach Pier and Hermosa Beach Pier. It's a15 minute stroll to the beach. 22-23 minute walk to both piers with restaurants and shops. The host communicates quickly to any questions.Its an older property with some minor issues. It has a balcony, living room and a kitchen with remodeled cabinets. Bed was very comfortable. Perfect for 2 people.“

„Easy check-in, quiet neighborhood, responsive host, comfortable beds, nice decor, great showers, and had everything we needed for cooking. Bring an eye mask if sleeping on the couch since it gets pretty bright. A bit of a squeeze to get to the garage so we only parked there overnight, but the street had plenty of parking. 100% would recommend and would stay here again. “

„Really enjoyed my stay in Manhattan Beach. Kyle was honestly one of the most hospitable hosts I’ve had always quick to respond and super helpful with anything I needed. The place had a cozy vibe, and being able to walk to the beach every morning for sunrise and wind down with the sunset made the whole trip feel special.When the heater had a little issue, Kyle didn’t hesitate he actually sent over space heaters via Amazon the same day, which I really appreciated. „We were not informed of Friday street cleaning. Checked in Thursday evening and no parking restrictions were visible. On site host did not inform and no written communication had the info. Several guests got 55 tickets. Hosts were sorry but really did not take responsibility. Also mattress was too soft. And beware no air conditioning.“
