„South Beach is NOT the place to stay for activity, restaurants, beach, etc. No pool, no restaurants, and an inconvenient 20 minute drive to exit Sea Pines to get to the main roads and restaurants. If you want peace and quiet and time to write a book or meditate; South Beach is the place.Property was very nice, clean, equipped. Broken AC was immediately repaired upon notification. “

This condo, thou it is not directly oceanfront, has a very nice view of the ocean and directly below the condo is a pond with turtles and an alligator who we enjoyed watching from the balcony. The location is a quick walk to the beach and the smaller Admiral's Row pool which was never crowded. „The villa was amazing! We didn’t fully realize we would have 2 separate suites although it’s exactly how the pictures show, just so much better! Every detail down to the absorbent white towels and bathroom supplies was perfect. One and only thing I wish we had was a table a 4 chairs on the patio so that the 4 of us could have sat out there together to drink coffee or play games at night. We love the outdoors. We would def book this again. Our friends could not believe how nice it was withers “
