Welcome to Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, Villa C216.

You will love the location and amenities in this resort and in the villa!

The villa is on the second floor, is beautifully renovated, and can sleep 6. There is a King sized bed, a sofa bed, and two captain's bunks.

The villa sits on the marsh side of the resort and overlooks lush greenery, not cars, which is a peaceful and calming bonus! You are within a 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, pool, playground, exercise room & more!

Tropical bike paths throughout the island offer amazing views of lush greenery and island wildlife. Bikes are available for rent on the resort.

The villa offers a king sized bed and Captain's bunk beds in the same room. The bunks are suitable for children and are not a typical twin sized bunk.

There is a non-locking door that separates the bedroom from the rest of the villa.

Max is 4 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN

A stay in the villa is different than a hotel. It offers a full sized kitchen and extra comforts. Here is a list of the amenities you will find for your use:

1. Small shampoo, conditioner, and bar of soap
2. Two extra rolls of toilet paper
3. Small bottle of dish soap
4. Kitchen sponge
5. Kitchen wash cloth and towels
6. Two dishwasher pods and two laundry pods
7. One roll of paper towels
8. Extra trash bag

This is enough for a short stay. If you need extra of these items, please be sure to bring them with you.

There is a Kuerig coffee maker that uses pods. Please bring your own coffee supplies.

YOU, THE GUEST, are an extraordinary part of the Community, and you help us by being GREEN, CLEAN, and SUPREME!

Green guests conserve water by reusing towels. Each guest is provided with a set consisting of two towels, a hand towel, and a wash cloth. If needed, there is a pay laundry on the same floor as the villa and also the floor below. Laundry cards can be purchased at the Convention Center (CVC) at the entrance to the resort.

Clean guests help by doing these simple things when checking out of the villa:
1. Dispose of trash to keep the villa smelling its freshest for the next guest. There is a large garbage bin between the C and B buildings.
2. Start the dishwasher before leaving to be sure there is time for proper sanitation of dishes before the next guest arrives

The cleaning fee that you pay will cover cleaning and sanitizing after your stay to prepare the villa for the next guest.
