„Very nice hotel! Staff was friendly & helpful. Room decor was nice & the room was spotless!“

„My room was clean. The staff was so helpful...I was so grateful to all that helped me when I needed something... I will stay there again...Thanks“

„The only problem we had is the noise from the highway traffic that went right by the hotel. There was about 5 different hotels and no matter which one we could have stayed at they are all by the highways“

„The breakfast buffet is good, the location is close to restaurants around. The shower was almost impossible to get started“

„This is a very large conference hotel, but the staff makes guests feel like they are in a much smaller hotel. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and I received several messages from the front desk asking how the stay was going and volunteering to help in any way. Breakfast buffet was both plentiful and delicious. I especially enjoyed the omelette station.“

„Wir waren direkt nach unserer Landung von Nashville auf dem Weg nach Lynchburg und hatten ein Hotel auf dem Weg gesucht...hatten keine allzu hohen Ansprüche, sauber und ruhig sollte es sein. „The room was cleaned only around the middle parts all the floor edges and shelf brackets, door hinges were nasty. Around the toilet!! Sink was badly cracked. Evidently, it's a pet friendly hotel. Several guests had dogs and they barked loudly, in their rooms and throughout the halls. The yard outside had dog poop piles everywhere. We will not return.“

„Coffee in the lobby was out the day I got there. They refilled it the next day, but the machine did not work right. The lady at the counter got it working after I asked. Coffee pot in room did not work. Toilet did not flush well.“

„Klimaanlage gab mehr Wasser ab als es kühlte, Zimmer feucht“

„Sanierung wäre dringend notwendig.“
