„Fantastic pool area, much better than resorts next door. Room was ok, nothing fancy but met all our needs. We were on vacation and didn’t plan on spending much time in the room. Kitchen area was well stocked with all service/cooking-ware needed. Bed was comfortable. Room did have a musty smell upon arrival from a/c unit, I believe, but subsided after a day or so. Overall a great quiet retreat, we will be back. “

„For a “studio” condo this unit is very roomy. Everything we needed was available upon arrival. The communication for entry and parking was seamless and we experienced no issues. Our favorite spot on the beach was moments away. With the unit at the back side of the building, you will hear the comings and goings of the City trash collection. But if you are an early riser you won’t be affected and it wansn’t enough of an issue to keep me from booking again. “

„This is an older hotel; and offers a full kitchen. The bedding and linens are very basic (Dollar store quality), nothing like a modern hotel. The location is spot on; you can easily walk across the street to the beach. The beach is quieter than the section near the bigger hotels in St. Pete; we enjoyed it. I would recommend this location, just bring your own towels. “

„We loved this condo. It was in the perfect location for us. Our only complaint would be the bathroom was very outdated and had black mildew on the floor grout and shower knobs which gave the feeling of a dirty bathroom (although I believe the cleaning crew did the best they could ). The rest of the condo was updated, clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a great stay at the beach. The woman working the front desk was so kind and helpful. „Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauch. Sogar für den Strand Stühle und einen Schirm. Der Strand war einfach traumhaft. Wir mussten nur über die Straße laufen und waren da. Die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind auch sehr gut. Wir waren auch begeistert von den Menschen. Sie sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hin reisen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.“
