„The residence was fantastic!!!! Views of the mega yachts on porch and small shallow pool. The front porch was awesome for sunset. Short walk to sunset bar and grill. Or drive for free parking. Close to everything. Traffic on the island is heavy. Orient Beach drive isn’t bad at 8AM spend the day drive back about 330PM or wait bail dinner is over. Would we stay again?, ABSOLUTELY “

We have visited St. Martin a dozen times and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed at. The design, layout, furnishings, art work, pool and landscaping with extensive up lighting is amazing. „I booked this place not knowing anything about the island. And after being here almost two weeks and travel all over the island, I was very happy with my pick. Beautiful, clean, peaceful, spacious, walking dog stance (just a few minutes )from Maho beach and wonderful restaurants and cafes . Pool was a hit with my grandchildren and amazing snorkelling just in the front of the house! Highly recommend for anyone! “

„The property was wonderfull and despite a couple of electrical issues, when Valerie was made aware, she responded immediately and rectified the situation so all in all a Wonderfull vacation. Can't say the same for VRBO. Valerie graciously offered and refunded a portion of our fees for the minor inconvenience and VRBO apparently took her money but never gave it to us and that is on VRBO, not Valerie. Great property, great owner and would stay there again.“

"On-site, there are many and high additional costs, some of which are not understandable. 150 euros for kitchen utensils per week, for example... The food on-site is very expensive and of average quality. The staff is mostly not very helpful and complains about having too much work in front of the guests. The hotel does not have a beach! We spent an extended period on the island (both sides) - this hotel was by far the worst experience. The cockroach in the bathroom was still "manageable" but unexpected in a relatively expensive hotel. Room cleaning only on request."
