The space:
Interior: On the first floor, there will be two luscious ocean view bedrooms both with complete en-suite bathrooms at your disposal, along with a full size washer and dryer. Each bedroom comes equipped with a generous flat screen TV and just outside your bedroom, there is a balcony equipped with rocking chairs, perfect for reading a good book and enjoying your morning coffee or glass of wine.

- Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Bed.
- Guest Bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and twin loft bed; great for families!
- We also have a pack n play, king air mattress and twin air mattress

The second floor has an open concept space plan with a state of the art kitchen, prepped with all the essentials, an inviting and spacious living area with an amazing view and access to the incredibly spacious private patio. A half bath and office workspace are conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen.

Exterior: Out on the private patio you will find your own pool, fully equipped propane BBQ grill, along with multiple seating areas to relax; perfect for hosting a dinner gathering, relaxing poolside in the lounge chairs or chilling on the sofas. This is the perfect spot to take in the sunrises to the East and Sunsets to the West.

In addition, this villa offers an outdoor shower for convenience; great for rinsing off sand after a long day at the beach!

5-7 minute stroll down to one of the most private and secluded beaches on the island. Enjoy lunch/dinner at the beachfront restaurant or relax in the beach chairs, cabanas or enjoy a massage.

Guests have access to the entire property except the small (locked) Owner’s closet right off the kitchen.

Ground transportation can be provided upon arrival from the airport to Villa Crystal Clear at an additional cost by one of Sint Maarten’s top transportation companies. Hire them as your own private driver during your stay or use them for a night out on the town.

Rental Car:
We offer a Ford Explorer (7 passenger with 3rd row) for $80/day and a Volkswagen Jetta (5 passenger) for $50/day.
