Pet-Friendly
Bring along your furry friend! One dog up to 40 lbs. is welcome (non-refundable $150 fee). Failure to disclose a pet incurs a $500 fee. Please note yard is fenced for safety.

Pool Heat: Available from November through February. The rest of the year, the ambient air keeps the pool at a comfortable temperature. When heated, the pool temperature is set to 85 degrees. Pool heat is an additional fee of $150. It can take up to 48 hours to fully heat the pool so please let us know at least two days before check-in if you want to add this amenity. No dogs allowed in the pool; their fur clogs the filter.

You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
PET POLICY: One dog up to 40 lbs. allowed. Please let us know ahead of time. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $150. Failure to disclose a dog is on the property or clean up behind your dog incurs a $500 fine.

POOL HEAT: Please let us know if you`d like the pool heated for your stay at least 48 hours in advance. There is a nonrefundable pool heating fee of $150.
