Hotel Royal Village

"Wir fahren schon viele Jahre in dieses Hotel. Es ist sauber und gepflegt. Schöne Anlage. Beim Frühstück würde ich mir mehr Auswahl an Wurst und Käse wünschen. Auch beim Obst geht noch was. Animation am Abend war in den letzten Jahren besser, hat uns dieses Mal nicht begeistert. Beim Abendessen waren vorher Bier und Softdrinks integriert, das gibt es nicht mehr. Es ist sauber, das Essen (Buffet) ist gut. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Limone-Aufenthalt ein anderes Hotel buchen. Wenn keine Abendanimation da ist, wählen wir lieber ein Hotel, das näher am Zentrum gelegen ist. Scheinbar neues Management. Hat uns dieses Mal nicht so gut gefallen, wie in den letzten Jahren. Schade."

"The room was very large and quiet, with the back there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In the bathroom, the fan was quite noisy. Breakfast was fine. We were able to park directly in front of the hotel."

"Das Hotel ist mit einem wunderschönen Park ausgestattet, zu den man zur Poolanlage gelangt.Es wirkt wie eine Oase an der man sich gar nicht satt sehen kann. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls sehr schön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, welches das ganze Haus wiederspiegelt. Schon in der Empfangshalle entfaltet sich das edle Ambiente. Der Service war erstklassig, äußerst freundlich und erfüllte jegliche Wünsche vom Empfangschef bis zu der Dame die die Zimmer reinigt. GROSSES LOB und ein HERZLICHES DANKESCHÖN. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche mehr offen, Von Lachs bis frisch zubereitete Spiegeleier bis Kuchen, Croissants, alles vorhanden und ebenfalls sehr schmackhaft. Wir werden auf alle Fälle nächstes Jahr dort wieder einchecken."

"Overall, we had a great stay at Lefay Dolomiti. The property is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms and an outstanding three-level spa. Despite its size, it never felt crowded and it was always easy to find a place to relax. The massages were excellent, and we really enjoyed the activities organized by the hotel with knowledgeable guides. The location is fantastic, and the complimentary bikes are a great way to explore the area. The Michelin-starred Grual restaurant was excellent, with outstanding food and impeccable service. Unfortunately, the Dolomia restaurant was disappointing, both at dinner and breakfast. The staff were consistently slow, inattentive, and often made mistakes with our orders. Dinner service was mediocre, and the food was average, not worth the premium prices. Waiting over 20 minutes for someone to clear our plates after finishing dinner is not what you expect from a five-star hotel. Breakfast was also below expectations. The pastries and bread tasted pre-made instead of freshly baked. At this level, the hotel should have its own pastry chef or source products from a high-quality local bakery. The coffee was poor, and our egg orders were wrong about half the time. A fantastic hotel let down by inconsistent service and food quality at Dolomia."
