"Overall, we had a great stay at Lefay Dolomiti. The property is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms and an outstanding three-level spa. Despite its size, it never felt crowded and it was always easy to find a place to relax. The massages were excellent, and we really enjoyed the activities organized by the hotel with knowledgeable guides. The location is fantastic, and the complimentary bikes are a great way to explore the area. The Michelin-starred Grual restaurant was excellent, with outstanding food and impeccable service. Unfortunately, the Dolomia restaurant was disappointing, both at dinner and breakfast. The staff were consistently slow, inattentive, and often made mistakes with our orders. Dinner service was mediocre, and the food was average, not worth the premium prices. Waiting over 20 minutes for someone to clear our plates after finishing dinner is not what you expect from a five-star hotel. Breakfast was also below expectations. The pastries and bread tasted pre-made instead of freshly baked. At this level, the hotel should have its own pastry chef or source products from a high-quality local bakery. The coffee was poor, and our egg orders were wrong about half the time. A fantastic hotel let down by inconsistent service and food quality at Dolomia."

"Das Hotel an sich wirklich schön, die Aussicht die wir hatten war wunderschön auf den See. Zimmer war recht klein aber absolut ausreichend, Zimmer haben Balkon oder Terasse mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen. Für einige wichtig, es gibt Verdunklungsgardienen! Damit man nicht direkt mit der Sonne aufstehen muss. Es gab eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung, WLAN und deutsches TV. Es gab 3 Außenpools, mit Liegen und Sonnenschrimen, dazu ein Getränkeautomat. Unten am See hat das Hotel noch mal einen eigenen Strandbereich (steinig, kein Sand) mit vielen Liegen und man kann da auch sein Mittagsbuffet zu sich nehmen + Getränkeautomat. Das essen bei einem Buffet ist immer Geschmackssache, Frühstuck für uns super, Mittag und Abendbrot wechselt täglich immer. Nur die Masse an Menschen zum Abendbrot war nicht schön. Das war leider immer sehr voll. Es gab eine nutzbare Garage sowie 2 Parkplätze, man hat immer was gefunden. Das Personal möchte ich hier besinders hervorheben. Super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall noch mal hinfahren."
