The private two-slip covered dock is the centerpiece of the property, featuring a spacious upper sun deck complete with a waterslide, jump gate, pergola for shade and plenty of room to lounge in the sun. A large floating water mat is provided, making endless days on the lake even more fun for guests of all ages.
After a day on the water, soak in the private hot tub while enjoying the peaceful surroundings and mountain views, gather around for an evening barbecue, or simply relax on the expansive outdoor living spaces as the sun sets over Norris Lake.
Inside, you’ll find a chef-inspired kitchen that is fully equipped for preparing everything from casual breakfasts to holiday feasts. Minimum Booking Age: The primary renter must be at least 28 years old. We do not rent to college groups or party groups, and the booking guest must remain on the property for the duration of the stay.

Cancellation Policy
Guest receives 96.00% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival; Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away.
Summer Season Exception: Reservations for Summer Season stays requiring a seven (7) night minimum stay are subject to a modified cancellation policy. These reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable after February 28 of the applicable calendar year, regardless of the date the reservation was booked. The standard 60-day cancellation policy does not apply to these qualifying Summer Season reservations after February 28.
RNLH Properties strongly recommends that guests purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances, including illness, weather events, travel disruptions, or other situations that may prevent travel. Any refund issued after the applicable cancellation deadline due to a reservation being successfully rebooked is at the sole discretion of RNLH Properties and may be reduced by applicable processing fees, discounts, or other associated costs.
Damage Deposit & Identification Policy
For the protection of both our guests and homeowners, all reservations—regardless of the booking platform or channel (including Airbnb, Vrbo, direct bookings, or any third-party site)—are subject to a refundable damage deposit hold. The hold will be authorized prior to arrival and released after departure, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or policy violations are identified. In addition, a valid government-issued photo ID for the primary guest is required and must be on file prior to check-in. Failure to provide the required identification or complete the damage deposit authorization may result in delayed check-in or cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the booking terms.
