„This was a Wonderfull Home. We had our Family Reunion there and it was Perfect. Clean , comfortable , and a great dock for parking the boats and all our water activities. And the owner was excellent with communicating with us with any of our questions. I would give this Home a six star rating if I could. Gary H.“

„When we arrived at the marina we were very surprised and frustrated to find out that we needed a boat to get to the houseboat. After looking back at the VRBO ad there was 1 small line all the way at the bottom of the entire page that mentioned that detail. In my opinion that is a very important detail that should have been upfront and bold. I tried calling and texting the owner who initially did not respond. „The property was well taken care of and clean. The parking situation was a bit tricky because of the steep driveway but manageable. Only issue was the storm door hardware was attached in front of the house door knob and made it difficult to close the door without injuring your hand. That said I would recommend the property. It is very convenient to the marina for fishermen. “

„I gave it a 4 but it’s really a 3.5. Good location on the water. Great view. Plenty of beds (two families, total of 9 people). Dock was ok / sufficient for a weekend. Jet ski port was great. There’s not really a fire pit at the property… it’s just a circle of concrete blocks close to two buildings with very tall grass around it. The basement ceiling is very low so even a 5’5” person has to bend down to shower. The upstairs bedroom has an exhaust fan in it, with a sign that says to turn the fan ...

„Exceeded our expectations! Host is excellent at communicating, houseboat is beautiful inside and out. Bed and couches are very comfortable for sleeping! Thankful for a fan available in the bedroom. Our favorite was sitting on the back deck and even a fishing pole available to cast. “

„We loved our stay at Playin’ Hooky! The house was perfect for our group. They truly thought of everything when getting this house prepared for guests. They had games, toys for the kids, high chairs, detergent, etc. The only complaint I would have would be the dead bugs. Lots of carpenter bees, flies, wasps in the window sills in every room. “

„Our daughter is a student at University of Tennessee in Knoxville. We drove down for family weekend and She decided that a quiet weekend on the lake would be better than the hustle bustle of Knoxville. We hired a fishing guide to take us fishing and then watched the football game on TV. The house was perfect. “
