„The place was located down in china town. About a good 15 minute walk, through construction zones to the reading terminal market. This unit was on the first floor (which was not marked). It was nice that there were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable but very bouncy. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The biggest issue was the noise every time someone went in and out of the building- the door would slam. This might not be an issue on higher floors. The place is a little ...

„The condo is exactly as described. The check-in was easy. The videos of the garage and how to enter secured buildings is very helpful. Host is extremely helpful and quick to respond. The building staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Convenient for grocery and wine runs! Even a Target within a block!The unit is low on flatware - not an issue for 2 of us, but would be for 3 or more occupants.“

„We were in town for a graduation, could easily walk to the Convention Center and avoided all of the traffic. Centrally located, easy access to restaurants and anything else that we needed. Communication with host was great, We plan on staying here again.“

„The carpet had caked in mud and stains. The chairs did too. Holes in some of the doors. Front door did not latch. Property is not well managed or cared for. We did not feel comfortable enough to allow our infant to crawl on the floor. Owner needs to pay closer attention. Also, fire alarm went off forcing a temporary evacuation. Would not reccomend.“

„While I contacted the host as soon as it became clear that the air conditioner was not working at all and the apartment was 85 degrees and she was polite and communicative, she did nothing to remedy the situation so we got very little sleep in the sweltering apartment. She apparently contacted Maintenance but they never came. There was also a road closure that made it impossible to enter the building garage. There were also no washcloths, and the kitchen had only a few glasses and no corkscrew. ...
