„Wurden beim Check-Inn auf eine Suite upgegradet, was soll man da bitte bemängeln? Das Personal überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich, Zimmer sauber und komfortabel; Verdunkelungsvorhänge sowie keine übermäßig laute AC. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten sowie eine "Fressmeile" auf der anderen Straßenseite. Wir kommen gerne wieder.“

„Sehr modernes Hotel. Neu, große Zimmer, tolles Bad, Zimmer top! Pool leider sehr klein und lieblos, braucht man bei dem tollen Strand in Jacksonville nicht wirklich. Frühstück typisch amerikanisch schlecht, kein Obst, Wurst oä. Dafür kann man sich tolle Pancakes selber machen.“

„Wow, this was awesome. The lake view was so refreshing, the windows open in the room so you can get fresh air in. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed the layout of what was around the hotel, a micro shopping plaza with festive architecture. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Jacksonville. “
