„Super nettes Personal “

„The staff was nice and professional. The rooms are sufficiently equipped. The location was good for people who get around by car only but not so good for people who like to explore the neighborhood/ city on foot. Only slightly negative point was that renovation work started more than an hour before checkout time and the work included painting the walkways. Hence, we needed to walk over freshly painted ways multiple times to load our belongings into our car. But the rest was ok.“

„Gute Anbindung zum Flughafen und in die Stadt. Sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal. “

„Cheap and between airport and downtown“

„Nothing to complain“

„DISGUSTING! The hotel was dirty, smelly and poor maintained. The first room o checked in was impossible as there was a heavy smoke smell. I changed room. The second room was dirty, stains on blankets, pillows linens of different colors. But the most disturbing was nails sticking out the headboard in direction of the customer heads I changed room again. The third room was again smelly and with stains on the blanket and on the pillow. At this point t I changed hotel.“

„Super Lage. Ich konnte alles zu Fuß ablaufen :) Personal War sehr nett und die Zimmer waren sauber“

„Basic no frills motel well kept .“

„I was doubtful when we arrived and realized I had booked a "motel" vs a hotel. But, we were pleasantly surprised with the helpful, friendly staff, accommodating any request we had. We had expected a guest laundry, and this wasn't available, but they offered and took our laundry twice and washed, folded, returned to our room. Their breakfast items included fresh soft breakfast tacos each morning from the food truck on the property along with the other usual items. With this being a motel, we ...

„Has coffees in the room but no bottled waters. I think I was charged for the coffees on my 3rd/last morning. But the place is clean and didn't seem to be a drug house as the last motel I stayed in Austin. If you are into motels, I recommend this place.“

„I felt so unsafe i left after 5minutes ... drug addicts everywhere, needles all over the street after seeing my neighbors i immediately got back to the counter and checked out ... employee was nice and understood my concerns. Take this location of your list, I don't want to imagine what would happen if a family booked there.“

„Full of cockroaches. The room was super dirty and had fecal matter on the toilet seats, with multiple cockroaches. After complaining multiple times, the hotel staff did not accommodate. Would not recommend staying at all.“

„The rooms are Motel 6 standard but with intensive strange odor and cockroach visitors. The room on the side not facing the highway was not to noisy, this may be different for the rooms facing the busy highway. Staff friendly and supportive.“

„The location was practicle for us to avoide the hustle of Austine downtown. A lot of shopping opportunities around.“
