„The building actually contains at least eight or nine rooms, sharing a kitchen, washroom, etc. And it doesn't mention that most of those are students, creating some awkward interactions. Not the most comfortable situation. The room was fine, had some supplies since the students seem to empty things like toilet paper without replacing them. Overall, the price was too much especially after fees for what you get. Should have stayed at a hotel.“

If one is looking for a well-equipped accommodation near Charlottetown, but close to golf courses, beaches and services, this property is a great choice. The owner was accessible and responsive when needed.“
