A prime beachfront location awaits on South Padre Island! A true focal point of the condo is the large furnished balcony with expansive Gulf views, three cushioned loungers, four cushioned chairs, and a table.

As part of the community of Suntide III, enjoy excellent on-site amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub, beach access, a sauna, a gym, and a picnic area with barbecue pits.

Inside, relax on the two leather sofas and watch a movie on the 55-inch TV. Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen. While dinner simmers, concoct a crisp drink at the wet bar. When you're ready to eat, dine at the table or perch at the kitchen bar.

Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. All the bathrooms have been updated with new vanity mirrors. The hall bathroom has a new bathtub, tile surround, shower doors, and hardware. The guest bedroom's en suite has a new shower with tile surround and hardware.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
