The staff was super friendly but the room was underwhelming for the price we paid. Yes, we only stayed 1 night but for over $150 it should've been a bit better. The suite had 1 AC unit and it was in the bedroom blocked by a bed so the front room with the pull out bed was very warm/hot. The front desk person brought us a box fan to help. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The pillows on the bed were extremely small and lumpy. We had to put the sheets on the pull out bed. On the flip side, the breakfast in the morning was good. My kiddos really enjoyed the mini waffles and the breakfast area was clean and the staff member was always out making sure everything was accessible to the guests. With that being said, I think next time I would pay a bit more money to stay closer to Hershey Park.
