The property was ideally located—close to major attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants—which made exploring Phoenix incredibly convenient. We were a family of four visiting Phoenix for the first time and stayed at the property for two weeks. „Lovely modern apartment in a good location in North Scottsdale. Very high security not allowing any shenanigans on the property. Very comfortable bed. Large on-suite with walk in closet. Owners might consider wine glasses and a better coffee system. Not everyone enjoys flavored Keurig coffee. “

„We had a wonderful stay at Anna and Brian’s condo. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed—including a Ninja air fryer, Keurig coffee maker with lots of K-pods, tons of spices, and plenty of kitchen essentials. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was incredibly convenient, especially for our needs near the Mayo Clinic. „The interior was freshly decorated with all I needed for my stay. The location was convenient to stores and restaurants. The balcony was perfect for my morning coffee or an evening glass of wine overlooking the pool. The kitchen was a nice size for a small condo with a generous sized peninsula for cooking preparations. I loved being on the third floor. It made for a quiet get away.“

„This was a fantastic place to stay! Very clean and a great location. Beds were super comfortable. However, a new floor was put in throughout and it was not put in correctly. Walking on it sounded like you have high heels on and pieces of it were coming out. We did advise our host of this. Also, the living room furniture is not comfortable at all. We could not sit in there to relax. The pool was a great feature and very nice, however the hot tub wasn't working the whole time we were there. ...

"Alles in allem ein super Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Der Teppich in der Eingangshalle geht gar nicht. Sieht aus, als hätte man den noch nie getauscht oder gereinigt. Zum Glück spiegelt das nicht die allgemeine Sauberkeit wieder. Kommen definitiv wieder."

"Das ganze Hotel war wunderbar, ganz tolle Alge. Tolles Interieurdesign, sehr gut durchgestylt, das Personal war eigentlich ganz Gut. Der Rezeptionist bei der Ankunft war eher unfreundlich. Poolpersonal war eher unmotiviert. Leider sehr kleine Cocktail Karte an der Hauptbar. Ich habe außerhalb der Karte einen Bellini bestellt, der sehr unliebsam in einem schnöden Weinglas serviert wurde. Kein Cocktail Feeling kam auf! Was die Zimmer betrifft, so ging unsere Klimaanlage irgendwann kaputt, und wir bekamen ein Upgrade in ein Zimmer der höheren Kategorie, was leicht und komplikationslos verlief. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen und kann es auch anderen Gästen wärmstens empfehlen"
