„The overall property is nice. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. However, the condo itself comes up short. The place had not been properly cleaned when we arrived, including floors and a couple of dishes. Everything from dishes to tables to bed sheets to towels feels cheap. Note that the outdoor patio is facing a busy intersection - not easy to see that in the listing. Joseph the host was great to deal with, but the condo was a bit of a disappointment. “

„Great home for our needs, close to shops and easy access to freeways. We stayed 16 nights. Great A/C and plenty of parking. The host was very prompt when responding. Downside was that the dryer did not work. We were told that it can only accommodate small loads and we followed that direction however, nothing dried even after seven hours in the dryer, we ended up hanging everything. Also we had to buy a pan as the two that were there were very old and appeared to have the Teflon scraping off. ...

„The apartment was nice and the location was perfect. The grounds were well kept and the pool was clean and not over crowded. We enjoyed taking our coffee to the pool and watching the golfers. I would definitely stay here again. “

I had to wait to get the check in code because the property management company didn’t have my husbands name as the second guest and we were told the renting contract had not been signed. I was surprised the company waited until 15 minutes before I was to check in to gather all of this information. The nines condo is in a great location .“

„Condo is nice. However, the door (which is a larger mirror) to the closet was broken off the hinges and leaning in front of the entrance to the bathroom and closet. I notified the host who says they notified maintenance. It was never fixed. Lots of excuses. I would not expected to have to deal with this when running a condo.“
