„Perfect location for exploring Scottsdale“

„I had high hopes for our stay based on the lovely pictures and high ratings that the place has. Now that I've stayed there, I really don't understand how it has such a high rating. There were a few pretty major issues that would make me not want to stay there again or recommend the place to others. It's really hot in Tempe, so I'd expect to be able to cool down in my lodging. Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around.
