„Tolle Unterkunft in einer tollen Studentengegend. Im Haus gibt es gleich einen Einkaufsladen für Lebensmittel. Wenn man mehr als zwei Gäste anmeldet, würde ich erwarten, dass die Schlafcouch fertig bezogen ist. Das war etwas nervig. Geschirrspüler hatte keinen Strom. Parken ging super! Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind toll! Der Pool und der Pavillon zum Grillen waren sehr schön!“

„I’ve just finished a very long extended stay at this property and everyone from Kristi the manager to Michelle at the front desk to even the maintenance guy , have been so helpful and accommodating during my stay. We did have issues but every property does and when you inform them they go to great lengths to handle it quickly and efficiently. Thankyou so much to everyone for being so patient with my family and I. You guys are the best ! Thankyou “

„This place is really comfortable and nice. The units feel like home as you walk in and the furniture looks and felt great. That bed was comfortable as heck, seriously a great nights sleep both nights and the pillow variety was killer. The area around had plenty to offer, and there was food around. „I like that the rooms was very huge and clean. The neighborhood was very nice. People in the area were pleasant. I had an issue with the kitchen sink clogging, but I managed to take care of that. Otherwise I had a beautiful stay at Sonders. I stayed at one in Dallas and that one was nice as well. “

„I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs. “

"Friendly staff, well located in Downtown Phoenix, excellent value for money esp. for the breakfast. On the downside: no curtains before the windows in the room resulting in zero privacy. Hence, other guests could directly peek into your room. There is a window shade which can be rolled down but then you feel "trapped" since it completely "darkens" the room. So either let other guests peek into your room or sit in the dark..."

"Alles in allem ein super Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Der Teppich in der Eingangshalle geht gar nicht. Sieht aus, als hätte man den noch nie getauscht oder gereinigt. Zum Glück spiegelt das nicht die allgemeine Sauberkeit wieder. Kommen definitiv wieder."
