„It was a slum. No air conditioning, no drier, the washing machine leaked. It was in a sketchy part of town. The door had been broken into. There were dirty towels and linen in the cupboards, the light fixture was hanging down from the ceiling. We left immediately and found an appropriate accommodation. It felt very unsafe.
