„Sehr sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption!!!“

„The ceiling in the shower had black mold and that area had a leak while taking a shower. The night manager said he couldn’t do anything about it and was not willing to notify the manager. The day manager was unaware of the situation until I showed her a picture of the ceiling. She was upset because she was unaware of the situation and took the room out of service and would look into it. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.“

„The room was clean but the hide-a-bed was not something an adult could sleep on, it didn’t lay flat and mattress was tore up. Had to ask for bedding for it, received 2 fitted sheets and a blanket. Phone had no dial tone. The heating/cooling unit had no knobs.“
