The Haven House is so close to everything South Haven and the Marina area have to offer. Truly... just park your car and enjoy your relaxing stay in an amazing beach town.
This historic home is situated on a quaint corner lot just one block from central downtown and just 4-5 blocks to South Beach on Lake Michigan.
Enjoy shops, great restaurants and cafes, candy shops, ice cream, wine tasting, and seasonal festivities right at your back door.
The side yard has a custom-built in dining area with countertops, sink area, and gas grill. Hanging out with your friends and family in this cool area is sure to a memorable experience that you will find unique to The Haven House.
Updated in 2022 with modern-day amenities, the floor plan is perfect for larger or multi-family guests. With 4 separate sleeping quarters, and 2 separate living rooms, you will be able to spread out and get some separation when needed at the end of the day. Both living areas are equipped with Wifi Connected Smart TVs enabled with so you can log into your favorite streaming favorite apps for endless enjoyment. Each living room has a sleeper sofa as well.
The enclosed porch is a great place to drink your morning coffee and watch the town wake up each day.
The spacious updated kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for entertaining and cooking for the family. The kitchen features granite countertops and a large peninsula island for gathering, with barstool seating for 4.
The large Dining Room has 2 separate dining tables and seats 10-12 comfortably for family meals or playing games together.
On the main floor is a Full Bathroom with a standing shower. You will also find the first of 4 separate sleeping quarters , with a Full-size bed. The main floor has two sleeper sofas in each living room, one full size, and one queen size.
Upstairs you will find three more more sleeping quarters, 2 with Queen sized beds, and the a 3rd which has 2 twin-sized beds. Also, upstairs is an updated Full Bath with bathtub/shower combo with vanity.
