„The check-in process was easy, with clear directions. The location was central to everything I wanted to do and more. This is a one stop shop for a vacation because everything is within walking distance. The parking is off site at a parking structure, but was also close by. I would say this place is comparable to a Jr suit in a hotel, but with more privacy. I enjoyed spending my birthday/mother's day here!“

„There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.“

„We had a great time. Super close to the beach which was amazing and included beach supplies. Good for both groups, although the bed situation is not ideal. Lots of pull out beds but we made do! Excellent kitchen. Overall great house and AMAZING location.“

„We were a group of 4 people and spend three months in this apartment. In our opinion there is no better location to live at. It is only one minute walking distance from the beach and a lot of restaurants are right next to the apartment. Michael was such a nice host and always available. There was really nothing we could complain about. We had a really good time there.“

The condo building and unit are rather old and could use some updating but its definitely clean and comfortable. The views are spectacular. „You really can’t beat the location. It’s just steps from the beach. The place itself was clean, spacious, and fully prepared for our stay. The property manager was easy to reach and even checked in with us before arrival, which we appreciated.That said, I do think the listing and photos give the impression that this is more of a standalone condo like many of the other properties on the street. In reality, it appears the building was subdivided into multiple units and feels more like an apartment ...
