„If you want to be close to everything and really get a feel for the city of Austin this is the place to stay! Walking distance to some great local restaurants and shops, and a very short drive to everything else. Clean and well appointed condo with private covered parking on a shady quite street, quintessential South Austin as I remember it from my time as a resident 25 years ago. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again! “

„Loved the balcony but only access through master bedroom. Affordable. Tough stairs to climb to enter property. Adjacent to beautiful neighborhood and Barton Springs. Very comfortable.“

„We loved our stay at our VRBO in Austin. It was perfect for my husband and me. It was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. It was hot the week we were there so we were very appreciative of the air conditioning that kept us cool and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was even freshly ground coffee for us. The towels and sheets were nice quality and the bed was very comfortable. „We stayed at this beautiful property during my son‘s military welcome home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It is in a great location close to Lady Bird Lake. There were a bunch of games that we enjoyed playing during our stay. The yard had a huge tree that shaded the property perfectly. It was wonderful for my son‘s ESA.“
